How I work as your fitness coach

Private fitness coaching sessions are held either in my studio, by FaceTime or Skype.  That way we can easily begin the journey of making fitness part of your daily routine.

I like to work with clients 2-3 times a week.  We begin with a fitness assessment that gives us a starting point.   From that I develop your first customized workout specific to your goals.

During our future sessions you will receive support, motivation and guidance from me that will help you build confidence and feel successful.  You’ll see that you can get a great workout in a short amount of time, and you will fall in love with how you feel when you are done!

As you progress I will develop another customized workout for you and a stretching workout.  By the time we are finished with the recommended number of sessions,  you will have 3 customized workouts that you can do at home.

I email each workout, complete with videos of professionals executing each exercise in the workout, a customized circuit timer, and a print out of the workout.

You also have unlimited support from me by text or email Monday-Friday between 9:00-5:00.
