Private fitness coaching sessions are held either in my studio, by FaceTime or Skype. That way we can easily begin the journey of making fitness part of your daily routine.
This fitness program will guide you toward making changes to the way you think about working out. It will show you how to talk back to the voice in your head that says, “I don’t want to, I don’t have to, or I can’t.” By exploring patterns of thinking that lead to self-destructive actions and emotions, it will help you change those patterns.
Using a fitness assessment as a starting point, I develop your first customized workout specific to your goals. As you progress, you will receive several customized workouts. Each workout is complete with a video that you can follow so you can regularly workout on your own.
You’ll see that you can get a great workout in a short amount of time, and you will fall in love with how you feel when you are done!
