What are you up to these days?

Whats Up Indicates Tight Spot And Hurdle

Good morning my friend,

I am happy to be back at my desk writing about health and wellness again.  I had to be quiet for a while due to contractual obligations from my fitness franchise.

I can again share my love for living a healthy lifestyle, eating healthy and lots of other wellness related information.  I hope you find it inspiring.

FYI…when I see my friends from my fitness days I get two questions.  The first is “what are you up to?” The second question is “how is retirement?”

The second question makes me giggle like a baby being tickled because I have not left the workforce.  I love to work and I have a personality that needs to work.  The difference now is I get to work at my own pace.

If you are interested …. I continue with my massage practice and health coaching part-time. I work full-time for Guardian Environmental Technologies focusing on environmental wellness and I am still part of the Juice Plus family as a distributor.

My newest love from Juice Plus is my Tower Garden. It is my indoor aeroponic garden that produces veggies 365.

Isn’t is beautiful?  I know it looks big but it really sits in only a 2.5’x2.5′ space and it pays for itself. It is also my solution to seasonal light deprivation. If would like to learn how you can get a Tower Garden, let me know.  It is the best decision I have made since marrying my husband!

I’d like to share two of my favorite green veggie recipes. They are each dairy free, vegan and absolutely delicious. Click the photos for the recipes.

Creamed Spinach

 Creamed Sesame Greens

So many people tell me they aren’t working out regularly.  That makes me sad.  So I want to share my newest workout craze.  It’s short workouts that last no longer than 30 minutes done in the prices of by home.   It is a motivating so cool because all you need for equipment is a good pair of sneakers, resistance bands and about 3’x6’ of space.

It is so nice to be back…..

Now I would love to hear from you.  Please share what makes you feel alive?

That’s it from me today, thanks for reading my blog…..ta ta!

May your day be filled with sunshine and smiles,
