I tried to ignore it but I couldn’t. A little voice kept saying “Patti you aren’t sharing your gifts”.
So it is time to get Healthy Methods moving by adding fitness to my coaching mix.
For the last few years I have been providing massage therapy and nutrition coaching. I gave up blogging due to time constraints. Well it’s time I rekindle my love of fitness and share my gifts with women who want to make fitness a fun and uncomplicated part of their life.
When I closed my fitness center three years ago I needed time to focus on ME. Over the last three years I have found a way to make fitness part of my busy life by working out at home.
Using the same fitness ideologies of the 30-minute miracle workout, I have created workouts that can be be done in just 3′ x 6′ of space. Even better no special equipment is required.
