Module Five: What’s holding you back? – This week we will continue to explore the things that hold you back from eating healthier and practical lifestyle tips to take control of them, so you can lose weight and keep it off without dieting, counting calories or feeling hungry.
Module Six: The Gift of Mindful Eating – This is the final week of this journey. Here you will learn simple lifestyle strategies that create powerful results from the everyday activities of your life, by using tools that are you already have within you.
