Have you been duped by quick weight loss diets?
We’re always hearing extreme results related to diets. Like follow this plan for 30-days and lose a pound a day. Or the keto diet is the only way to burn fat. Or follow a pescatarian diet and lose 90 pounds.
We’re bombarded with confusing information and it all sounds fishy to me. No wonder people feel duped by weight loss diets.
One of my clients had been dieting for so long it was the only way she knew how to eat but she was gaining weight.
My goodness one of my clients had been dieting for so long it was the only way she knew how to eat but she was still gaining weight.
When I looked at what she was eating, she was starving herself most of the time by drinking shakes and then she would binge on the weekends.
It doesn’t have to be that way. With the right knowledge and resources, we can fuel our metabolism with regular old food and repair the damage done to our metabolism by constant dieting.
I held a webinar outlining this a few months ago. It was so well received that I have decided to bring the information to women via an experiential one-day retreat.
If you are struggling with the symptoms of a stagnant metabolism and want to lose weight, this retreat might be the perfect start.
Until next time,
P.S. In this retreat learn how food, exercise, laughter, mindset, sleep and nourishing your heart and soul can change your life in such a positive way that repairing the symptoms of your sluggish metabolism comes naturally and weight loss is a byproduct.
