Sometimes we need to make hard decisions. And saying goodbye is one of them.
But I couldn’t say goodbye to this community. So I stepped away.
I won’t bore you with the long story, but at the end of 2020 and into the beginning of 2021 my husband got sick (not COVID) and I had to take over his business as I continued to coach my clients.
I found myself with very little time and a lot of stress. Quickly I recognized some uncomfortable stress response symptoms returning. So I heeded my own counsel.
As my husband began to heal, demands on me lessened. I decided to create an e-book of the simple solutions I used to manage my stress and I’d like to share it with you.
There will always be times when stress seems overwhelming. I hope this e-book will provide tools to get thru those times while keeping yourself as strong as possible.
My husband and I are back to our normal selves and just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. 😊
