My hope as we go into this season of life is that we’re all happy, able to get a good night’s sleep, laugh lots and have the energy to get stuff done.
But when your feet hurt…it negatively impacts everything.
If you find your feet ache after you’ve been standing for a while or doing a lot of walking, it could be a sign you need little more collagen and cushioning for your feet.
During this phase in our lives, we lose fat in the bottom of our and our body makes less collagen.
So what can you do?
Eat more collagen rich foods like bone broth, wild caught salmon, and pasture raised eggs, beef and chicken.
For added cushioning exercise your feet so the muscles and connective tissues are strong. And when you are going to be on your feet for a long period of time, wear good shoes.
Instead of wearing high heels consider wearing modified heels with cushion inserts.
If your feet hurt, massage and ice your feet.
And if you love to walk, wear shoes with good support and consider walking on softer surfaces like a hiking trail.
Don’t let foot pain ruin your day.
Do you deal with foot pain? What are you doing to manage the pain? I’d love to know.
P.S. Whenever you’re ready there are 3 ways, I can help:
