I’m kind of sick of salad

Let’s be honest…when you’re trying to lose weight everyone’s go-to is salad.  I don’t know about you, but I can get sick of salad pretty quickly.

I mean I love my veggies but there must be another way to get those veggies in, right?

Well there is.  I’ll show you how in my September 5-day detox.  Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • How you can keep your blood sugar hormones balanced with food.
  • How easy it is to get in all different types of vegetables and just the right amount of protein.
  • What you can do to get started down the right path to weight loss.

For now let me give you a few non-salad vegetable dishes to try.

Click here to download a one pan chicken and broccoli casserole is easy and delicious.

Soup is a great way to get in your vegetables.  Better yet, you can enhance your nutrition and hydration by making it with bone broth.

Click to try this cream of broccoli, kale and spinach soup, just be sure to have a side portion of protein with it.

If you found these vegetable options interesting, you’ll love what my Fall 5-day detox has in store for you.

By resetting your taste buds and increasing the variety of foods you eat, you’ll not only get rid of bloat and feel better, but also have more energy.
