As a women’s weight loss coach I help busy women who are going through menopause end their struggle with weight and manage their menopause symptoms without medication or its side-effects.

My name is Patti.  I am a women’s weight loss coach.  My unique approach will help you get to the root cause of what’s going on in your body so you can heal deeply, start losing weight, manage your menopause symptoms naturally, and feel like your best years are yet to come.

As your weight loss coach I can take you from where you are today, down a different path,  that will get you to where you want to be, rather quickly.

My approach includes a 3 phase system that I personalize for each of my clients through 1-1 coaching.

Phase one is master your eating | master your mindset.  This is where we break the cycle of dieting and get you back to eating.   We’ll focus on healing by adding in delicious, real, whole, foods that are targeted to you symptoms so they can deeply replenish the nutrients dieting has robbed you of.

And you know that voice in your head that keeps you going back to dieting over, and over again?  We’ll deal with that in this phase.

Phase two is master your menopause symptoms | master your metabolism.  This is where we dig down into the root cause of your symptoms so you can begin to find ways to easily manage them.

We’ll bring your body back into balance so you can start to lose weight, and we’ll design a personalized tool kit, specific to your symptoms so you will get your lusciousness back.  Oh, and those cravings, they’ll pretty much go away because you’ll feel satisfied from eating real food.

This phase is very exciting. Your metabolism is starting to work again.  You are losing weight without dieting, your menopause symptoms are dwindling day by day, you have newfound energy, and things in the bedroom are getting sweet again.  You are beginning to feel a sense of optimism about your future again.

Phase three is master your life.   This is when we bring it all together so you can leave our work ready for what comes next.  You are losing weight effortlessly, your mindset is under control, you are managing your menopause symptoms, you feel like your best years are yet to come.

It’s where we reinforce what you have learned, so you have a long-term plan in place, and you immerse yourself in your new lifestyle.  You radiate confidence, feel strong and energetic.
