Hi I’m Patti Garland,

I am a certified health and fitness coach and licensed massage therapist and I love what I do.  

I  specialize in cognitive behavioral coaching where I help women change the way they think about themselves and master their mindset.  Through my coaching they learn how to eat healthfully, lose weight, keep it off and make fitness part of their life.

My clients put into action solutions that change their mindset that help them make permanent changes and go on to be their happiest, healthiest, most confident self.  

As a massage therapist I specialize in fascia therapy for pain management.

Fitness and Nutrition coaching can be done virtually or in my beautiful Litchfield Country studio.  Pain management therapy is done in my studio.
