Blueberry Lemon Cashew Ice Cream

1 Cup raw cashews

2 cups water

1 Cup fresh Blueberries

Zest of ½ lemon

¼ cup honey

Make cashew milk following this recipe using less liquid to make it into Cashew Cream.

Slowly fold above ingredients into the cashew cream.  Pour into a freezable container and freeze.

Remove from freezer 10 minutes before eating.  Enjoy.
