Chocolate Banana Smoothie Bowl

1 frozen banana

1/4 cup water

1/4 ripe avocado

Large handful of raw or frozen spinach

1/2-3/4 cup ice

1/2 cup canned black beans (rinsed)

2 tbs. chia seeds

1 tbs. honey or maple syrup

2 tbs. cacao nibs  or 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Handful walnuts (or whatever you would like on top)

Put everything except the walnuts in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.  Transfer to a bowl and top with walnuts.  Enjoy.
