As your nutrition coach we will take a journey that will change the way you think so you can lose weight, keep it off and be your happiest, healthiest, most confident self.
In this program you will receive a road map to help you become acutely aware of the behavioral patterns that have been working against you and a course of action to change them so they work in your favor.
Once you implement what you learn from this program, you will feel confident that you can turn things around to reach your desired results.
This is different from anything you have experienced before and the results are not typical. We will never dwell on calories, carbs, fats and proteins, nor will we create lists of restricted foods.
Instead you will learn how to work with what was holding you back in the past and then create a healthy, pleasurable way of eating, designed just for you.
