I specialize in home workouts that tackle the two major issues holding women back from working out and that is motivation and time!
As your fitness coach we will take a journey to change the way you think about working out. You will become acutely aware of the thoughts and behaviors that have held you back from making fitness a part of your life. Then we will develop a course of action to turn those sabotaging thoughts and behaviors around, so they work in your favor.
I will also design personalized home workouts for you that are easy to follow, no-equipment needed workouts that can be done in any 3’x6’ space.
Using a fitness assessment as a starting point, I develop your first customized workout specific to your goals. As you progress, you will receive several customized workouts. Each workout is complete with a video that you can follow so you can regularly workout on your own.
You’ll see that you can get a great workout in a short amount of time, and you will fall in love with how you feel when you are done!
You also have unlimited support from me by text or email Monday-Friday between 9:00-5:00.
