The Nutrition Program
We’ll take a mindful approach toward eating adding in delicious, healthy whole foods, crowding out unhealthy processed foods and finding new ways to have a pleasurable relationship with food. These 15-30-minute group conference calls will be held Monday’s at 2:00 PM EST and will be recorded. If you can’t make the group call? No problem. You will receive a link to the recording by email at the end of each session.
The Fitness Program
This is a great way to begin the journey toward making fitness part of your daily routine. You will be able to access 30-minute fitness classes any time, day or night, thru videos on a closed Facebook group. Over the duration of the program, you will have access to 3 different no-equipment strength-training circuit workouts and 3 stretching workouts.
As in all of my programs, you will have my complete support by text or email.
This group begins Monday, April 16th. Cost: $35 a week | paid in 3 monthly payments.
