¼ c. fresh lemon juice or vinegar
1/8 c. water
1 c. olive oil
½ tsp. mustard
1 clove garlic crushed
Pinch dried basil & oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Put everything in a salad dressing bottle or jar and shake well.
You can make so many variations to this dressing. Try adding in some crushed, skinned tomato; blend with cashew cream for a creamy dressing or put the dressing in your blender with ¼ of an avocado for a green goddess dressing (you may have to add more water and adjust the salt and pepper with the avocado).
