- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tbs hemp seeds
- 2 cups water or ice-maybe more depending on desired consistency
- 1/2 cup canned and rinsed white beans (If the thought of using beans just doesn't float your boat, use 2 scoops high quality collagen powder.)
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 tsp vanilla
