- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 1 handful spinach
- 2 cups water or ice-may be more depending on consistency
- 1/2 cup canned and rinsed black beans
- 2 tsp. cacao nibs or unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbs honey or maple syrup
