Ingredients:
2 tbs. chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
2 tbs. chopped fresh mint
2 garlic cloves crushed
3 pinches of Garam Masala
3 tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
Juice of ½ a lemon or 1 tbs. red wine or cider vinegar
3 tbs. chopped onion
3-4 tomatoes cut up small
Directions:
Put the first eight ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Fold in the tomatoes.
