Nutrition Coach

As your nutrition coach we will take a whole foods journey to help you find healthier ways to eat the foods you love.

As we travel down the path of healthful eating, we will awaken the wonderful feelings that you experience when you eat delicious, nourishing healthy foods.

We will never dwell on calories, carbs, fats and proteins, nor will we create lists of restrictions of good and bad foods.

Instead we will create a healthy, pleasurable way of eating, designed personally for you, that makes you feel amazing!

I love being a nutrition coach and take a fun and educational approach toward eating healthy.  You will learn how to support your body to create a way of eating and thinking that helps you thrive.

As your nutrition coach there are a few ways we can work together.

The Get Started Program

Private one-on-one weekly coaching sessions, scheduled every week over an 12-week period.  These sessions can be conducted in my office, by phone or by Skype.*

During this program, we will define your goals and begin to eliminate guilt from the eating experience.  We will find creative solutions so you will enjoy the goodness of eating healthy.

Taking a mindful and pleasurable approach toward eating, we will add in delicious, healthy whole foods and crowd out unhealthy processed foods. By adding in healthy whole foods, you will be filling your body with nutrient-dense foods that provide your body with the energy building, restorative fuel it needs to live life to the fullest.

We will focus on nutrient-rich foods versus processed foods, how to structure your meals, how to deal with cravings and how to have a mindful approach toward the foods you choose to eat.

Our bodies are built for pleasure and this program will begin to help you learn just how pleasurable healthy eating can be.

*All Sessions must be completed within 12 weeks of purchase.

The Road Trip to Change Program

Private one-on-one sessions scheduled every week over a 24-week period.  These sessions can be conducted in my office, by phone or by Skype.**

During this program, we will define your goals and begin to eliminate guilt from the eating experience.  We will find creative solutions to help you learn how to enjoy the goodness of eating healthy.
