Protein Packed Instant Cereal

This is a high protein, gluten free instant cereal that can
be made in minutes.

  • 2 cups rolled oats or buckwheat (I use Kasha it is toasted buckwheat)
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup ground hemp seed
  • 1/2 cup raisins


  • Mix dry ingredients and store in an airtight container. 
    To make: 
    Measure out ¼ cup of dry cereal, add one teaspoon coconut oil or butter and pour in 1/8-1/4 cup boiling water. 

    Wait 2-5 minutes until everything softens and plumps up, then dig in and enjoy. 
    I like to add a few nuts and a drizzle of honey.
