1 scoop vanilla protein powder (this is one of my favorites)
½ cup pureed pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
½ tsp cinnamon (or ¼ tsp pumpkin spice + ¼ tsp cinnamon)
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup uncooked oats pulverized in your blender or food processor.
½ cup + 2 tbs.water
Blend ingredients together in a blender or food processor and cook as you would any type of pancakes.
