Baked Bananas

Ingredients:

4 firm bananas

1 tsp. butter

1 tsp. coconut oil

1 tbs. honey

1-inch piece grated fresh ginger

¼ cup raisins

½ tsp. nutmeg

1 tbs. cinnamon

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Peel bananas and cut in half lengthwise. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and arrange bananas. Melt the butter and coconut oil then add to the pan the honey, ginger and raisins. Drizzle that mixture over the bananas. Sprinkle with spices. Bake for 15 minutes.  Serve warm.
