Juice from 1/2 a lemon
1 clove garlic – pressed
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. organic tamari sauce
2 tbs. dried cilantro
1 1/2 inch peeled fresh ginger grated (Tip: peel the piece while it is still attached to the larger part of the ginger…use the larger part as your handle as you grate…saves your knuckles).
