Roasted Balsamic/Dijon Brussels Sprouts

  • Preheat over to 400 degrees

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Brussels Sprouts, cleaned with the bottoms cut off.
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame seed oil
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Mix everything together in a bowl until sprouts are well coated. Spread in a parchment paper lined pan and roast for 30-40 minutes or your desired doneness.
