Spiced Pumpkin Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 ea avocado
- 1/2 ea apple cored
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger root peeled
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 scoops collagen powder
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 3-5 each ice cubes depending on how cold you like your smoothie
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup optional
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until
- smooth.
Notes
Serves 1
NOTE: If you would like to activate the enzymes in the seeds and nuts for easier digestion, you can soak them ahead of time. Put the seeds in 1 cup of water and refrigerate overnight. Drain and use as usual.
