Vanilla Latte

Vanilla Latte

Serves 2

Ingredients:

2 cups hot water

2 tbs. grass-fed butter

2 tbs. coconut oil

2 tbs. Complete Vanilla Protein Powder

½ tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. cardamom

(you can even switch out the vanilla protein powder for chocolate)

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until everything is incorporated.
