Roasted Balsamic/Dijon Brussels Sprouts

- Preheat over to 400 degrees
- 1 Package Brussels Sprouts, cleaned with the bottoms cut off.
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame seed oil
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- Mix everything together in a bowl until sprouts are well coated. Spread in a parchment paper lined pan and roast for 30-40 minutes or your desired doneness.
