I specialize in 1-1 on-line personalized fitness coaching, designing workouts that tackle the major issue holding women back from working out and that is time!
As your fitness coach we will meet at least weekly using Skype, FaceTime or Zoom.
This personalized approach will give you 1-1 real-time instruction and feedback on the easy to follow no-equipment needed workouts I design for you. These workouts can be done in any 3’ x 6’ space.
As we continue to work together, we will tackle the thoughts and behaviors that have held you back from making fitness a part of your life, and develop a course of action to turn those sabotaging thoughts and behaviors around.
Starting at your current fitness level and considering your specific goals, I’ll develop your first customized workout.
As you progress, you will receive several customized workouts. Each workout is complete with a video that you can follow so you can regularly workout on your own.
You’ll see that you can do an effective personalized workout, anywhere, anytime and in a short amount of time.
You also have unlimited support from me between appointments by text or email Monday-Friday between 9:00-5:00.
