Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen cherries (or one peeled, frozen banana)
  • 2 tbs hemp seeds
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2 cups water or ice-may be more depending on consistency
  • 1/2 cup canned and rinsed black beans (If the thought of using beans just doesn't float your boat, use 2 scoops high quality collagen powder.)
  • 2 tsp. cacao nibs or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbs honey or maple syrup (optional)
