For the Pear Filling:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In small ramekins, divide the pears. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
For the Topping:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine and mix dry ingredients. Add diced cold butter to the mixture and mix everything with your hands or a fork until butter is pea sized.
Spread the topping evenly over the pears in each ramekin. Bake uncovered at 350˚F for 35 – 40 minutes, or until pear juices are bubbling at the edges and topping is crisp. Let crisp cool at least 15 minutes before serving.
